Support for Loop

Contact karim@existentiallabs.ai for account help, connection problems, privacy questions or deletion requests.

Include your account email, the feature involved and what happened. Do not email passwords, access tokens, full medical records or other sensitive content. We will ask for any necessary details through an appropriate follow-up.

Google Calendar help

Open your agent’s Calendar section and its connection settings to review or disconnect Google Calendar. You can also manage authorization from Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not delete your existing Google events.

Sign-in help

Use Forgot password to request a password reset. Your Loop password is separate from your Google account password.

Current availability

Loop is a limited pilot. Personal Gmail reading, automatic household calendar copies and health-record access are not currently enabled. This support address is not an emergency service.
