Terms of use
Updated September 9, 2026. These terms apply to Loop, provided by Existential Labs. Contact karim@existentiallabs.ai with questions.
Adult household use
Use your own account and only connect services and provide information you are authorized to access or share. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Each adult authorizes their own connections; a family relationship alone does not authorize access to another person’s account. Children are subjects of household planning, not users of Loop.
AI assistance and approvals
AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information and review proposed actions before approving them. Loop is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and is not an emergency or continuous health-monitoring service. Contact the appropriate emergency service directly when needed.
Connection permissions define what Loop may access. An approval applies to the action shown to you; connecting a service does not grant permission for every possible action. You may disconnect supported connections in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use Loop for unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized account access, defeating privacy controls or harming others. Do not submit information you have no right to use. We may restrict access to protect users or address misuse.
Pilot availability and your information
Loop is in development. Features can be unavailable, interrupted or changed, and connections depend on third-party services and their requirements. Keep your own copy of essential records and schedules. Our privacy policy explains how information is processed and how to request deletion.
Material changes to these terms will be published here. If you no longer wish to use Loop, disconnect your services and contact us about closing your account.
